How long do I have access to the course materials?
Users have HD streaming access to purchased course for a period of 6 months after purchasing.

How do I access videos?
You can access our videos by connecting to the internet and logging in to the site.

What is included with a video course?
When you purchase a video training class, you get HD streaming access to the class videos for a period of 6 months. Simply log in, click My Courses, and open your course.

Can I download the course videos?
Students are buying a license to watch our videos for a period of 6 months using our streaming server. We do not allow downloads of our course videos.

Can other people watch the videos I purchase?
Our video courses are licensed a’la carte to a single user. If others wish to view, they would need to purchase an additional license.

What is the refund policy on the course?
Interface offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our video courses. We have always stood by the quality of our training and our videos are no different!

Can I take my courses with me wherever I go?
We do not offer offline viewing at this time, but if you have access to the internet, you can watch our videos on any device.

What is the difference between Classroom-style and Screencast Videos?
Classroom-style videos are fully produced in a studio allowing the instructor to actually teach on camera transitioned with interactive screen technology to demonstrate applications that are being used and taught in the class. Screencast videos are more simple and consist of the instructors voice over an on-screen demonstration. Classroom-style video is newer technology and all new videos added to the site will be fully produced in this format.
